California Sunrise

I woke up early one morning and caught the sunrise near Cabrillo Beach (enhanced with camera's inbuilt warming filter).

You've made great use of the warming filter. I like the little subject sticking out of the water. Excellent composition. The rule of thirds was followed very very well.

Full of intriguing atmosphere (if atmopheres can be intriguing, then certainly here!). But what is that object floating in the middle? A buoy maybe?

I took a closer look and saw that it's a bird whose weight pushes the buoy in a skewed position (I'm proud of my English here).
